It’s very strange. It appears the State Governers are running the States (good and bad) right now and Hussein is “partially” running the Federal side from his bunker. I don’t think the POTATUS is in charge of anything but the msm. Or is the msm in charge of him?

POTATUS may very well be Hussein’s sock puppet right now.
