It's like cheating on a test, shoplifting or speeding, people can't catch everything. 4200 people in a place designed for 250. Probably severely understaffed.

I think these kids are detained because the whole country is watching. Probably just as many under obama when nobody was was watching. What happened to them? Very sad.
