When it happened, it was happening most the day, and on several channels. I dont have cable, just antenna, and I got it on a few channels. I think there was another message or two as well iir, but its been a while.
Can't recall (this was at the beginning of the FakeDemic) but it was sure nice to see. Also nice to know they actually CAN control what appears on TV screens nationwide if necessary.
