So my spiral notebook could be an assault weapon! It’s not just for bears!?This is ridiculous already...

it is not an assault weapon until someone uses it to assault someone else with it. Then it was used as an assault weapon, whether it is a knife, a car, a baseball bat, pepper spray, a kitchen sink, or a gun.
