I agree with my retired Naval Aviation friend who attended a funeral yesterday for a Master Chief we knew in Texas, while we were discussing commercial flight:

When I get on an airplane and look at the pilots...I want to see two dudes in their 40s or 50s with either a Navy or Air Force sticker or patch on their well worn flight bag. I see that, I know I'm good.
