I would just try to highlight the fact that the vaccines are still in trial phase and that no long term studies have been done. On anybody! Little questions like, "Why haven't we seen studies showing the safety of the vaccine on animals?" "Why would you want to try something without knowing how it affects yourself long-term, let alone your baby?" Framing it as erring on the side of safety.
