What if Q is a Bill Cooper operation? Or at least, he's on the team? What if Cooper's death-by-police was a well-executed fake death? Have stranger things happened?
Yeah there were some eye brow raising circumstances in the official report, and his supposed actions don't mesh with what I've heard from his on air personality.
I think it's likely that the sheriff deputy was shot by feds while trying to diffuse the situation, not by Cooper. Maybe he was helping Bill escape?
