How can the SENIOR BANKRUPTCY SPECIALIST (Vera Robinson) sign the checks if the TREASURY is BANKRUPT??
If Bankrupt are they writing a WORTHLESS INSTRUMENT? If so we would get jailed for this kinda action.

Maybe so which means - The Office of Fiscal Service helps formulate policy and develop systems for the collection, disbursement, management and security of public monies in the United States and abroad, and related government-wide accounting and reporting for those funds.
