Even though someone has indeed died, it is not the chairman: look at the way the translation is worded: there's a list of names that are given, and I can only imagine that it means that Osama Rabie and others mourn the death of their colleagues. As proof, this was posted two days ago and Osama Rabie spoke again 8 hours ago.
