I can tell you without fact that I have saw storms being seeded over KY. I now recognize what it looks like, and where I need to point my camera.

When they cross over in a * pattern... that intersection is the point in which the storm cloud is formed. The straight lines help it web out in those directions but the heart of the storm forms in the 5-6 point intersections, and just like a spider web goes outward in between the line paths.

It has to be metal in order to form the electromagnetic energy to begin forming the massive condensation pockets for clouds. I also say metal because that’s what likely “over charges” the zone causing the chain reaction which is a lightning storm.
