No. Navy Admiral who was first to explore Antarctica and said that there are mountains, resources, and warm weather beyond the ice shelf.
Some think he found the firmament/dome over the earth and that's why we set up the Antarctic Treaty and started shooting nukes at the sky in operation fishbowl/operation Dominic.
It is also a bit odd that all those countries can set up a treaty in such a small place, never break it - yet throw stones and missiles at each other everywhere else.
