In case anyone finds this thread in the future, please note that 80lb or 100lb cardstock is not thick enough. (even though people have been saying it is) it will fail to be authentically thick. dont ask how i know this.
the problem is, anything thicker may have a problem printing at a fedex kinkos, let alone a home printer. if youre trying to make one, then at this moment, i dont have the answer to your problem.
Let's just say I followed these exact instructions to the tee. (govt if you're watching then I didn't)
Everyone says the card is too thin looking and feeling. I think it is slightly as well.
