Regardless of if it’s PS or not, what does this actually mean? I think if you zoom in it’s pretty evident the bottom-most “finger” is not actually a finger. Its “tip” is pinkish in part, whereas his other fingers at that angle and lighting are not.

It’s probably the bottom part of his palm where his wrist connects. Let’s focus on actual discussion and not these tiny little things that don’t actually mean anything. You can put effort into whatever youd like, but like people have said previously, things like this just discredit Q and the awakening that must happen in our great country.
