i lost control of my weight a couple times due to career change. was highly active and didnt matter much what i ate it all burned away.
then i found myself looking like a fat 250+ pound slob, I hated and shamed myself skinny again. I've since built a home gym in my basement and some stuff is in my garage.
Basement near the stairs is the best spot as i have to walk by everything to get to my office. There's stuff i can just grab and do sets before passing through which helps out alot between workouts or if im busy/burnt out from work. .
