I showed this to my Turkish coworker and he said the subtitles are off, it's not what they're saying. He said it was more like regular news. He thinks it's messing around.
I showed him both parts, he said they were talking about economics and how much money it was costing and about the efforts of the people in the area to free the boat. Nothing really interesting.
