If one travels to other country, and they show their vaccine card in order to enter, do they check a database?

At the airport, do they just need to see the vaccine card, and thats good enough evidence for them? Or do they double check your card against a database?

Any recent travelers? planning on a turkey georgia armenia trip.

Not yet. Hippa and GINA protections are hanging on by a thread, Foreign laws may differ we are close to seeing the EU launch something similar to what you are speaking of.
