At the end of the day, any litigation against the pharmaceutical companies will be heard by a judge who is sympathetic to the pharma cartel, so does it really matter? Not trying to be a downer, but the tentacles from this monster reach so far that I'm afraid we'd never get a fair shot at making them pay for their crimes against humanity. At least not thru any legal channels..
