Please don't bash me but I wanted to just put this out there. What if all or most of the people coming across the boarder are actually a way for the White Hats to move previously trafficked individuals into the country? At least those healthy enough to enter society at this point. Think, mostly children and some women, acting out of sex acts by children who should be too young to know about them. All of those being rescued have to be going somewhere. Is this possible?
