I just watched it all the way through and my conclusion is that Bill Gates is in urgent need of Medical Attention.

Above his right eye there is a lump that has grown over time.It could be his brain seeping out of his skull but more likely he has an underlying condition that may be pressing on his brain and effecting his brain function.

He is clearly no longer of sound body and mind.
