The body cam at about 2:20 shows the cop pointing his weapon while another cop in front of him is dangerously in the line of fire. I would NOT want backup like that who has that much disregard for my safety. Anyway, that said. interesting video, especially about (1) the cops' response time, and (2) the notes at the end. Of course crazy people can say anything, so I'm not sure how much credence we can give to those handwritten notes.
