I've been reflecting on Trump's stance on the vaccines. Right up until he left office he was clear - the vaccines were IF you wanted them, and therapeutics would be available too.
His 'promotion' of the vaccines has been, let's not forget, whilst he's been a civilian. It's a hunch, completely unprovable obviously, but after leaving office I doubt Trump will have been getting the constant advice and intelligence he was having, and also enjoying family time and normal life he wouldn't be attuned to stuff coming out on alt media anywhere near as much.
He made those two endorsements - one at CPAC, the other on the Fox interview - but, unless I've missed it, he hasn't really done it again the past two or three weeks. Now when I think about it, it's only been in the past two or three weeks that the adverse stories have started gradually breaking through the MSM firewall, so obviously he will be becoming aware of them now.
I think he was genuinely proud of his achievement. He may have been doing what he thought was right, even against 'top' (ie the 'plan') advice - at the end of the day, he is a family man and at that time in response to a 'pandemic' would have empathised with his voting base's concerns. And on this issue, he would have 'called the shots' - quite literally, aptly enough.
Now, I say 'top' meaning, DJT is a significant player in the Plan - but he's not the owner or the leader. This thing HAS to be so labyrinthe, so long and slow broiling in the making to work - I don't think even he is in on the most arcane elements of it.
he never said he personally got the vaccine but you're right he said go ahead and get it if you want. I'd not define that as an endorsement but the media spins it how they wish to.
