LINK 36:46 timestamp, yes they are wearing them Watch it further (TS 1:40) and one (gray boot) if not both appear to be capitol police, but neither in uniform.

Given their proximity to the entrance (VIP attendee), they may have been the other officers that were injured by the car.

No problem :) I don't think any of us know for sure but we can all agree it's not a coincidence that they are wearing ankle braces. Seems to be the fad now-a-days when you want to hide that ankle monitor your sporting.
