I'd read it but I'm blocked from twitter like a few million other patriots and can't open anything on a twitter site. Feel free to post it from another forum if you can. Thanks.
All data provided to J Alex Halderman by defendants must be presented to plaintiffs. It was evident to technical experts from his written testimony that he had access to more data than what was provided to the plaintiffs (e.g. copies of poll tapes).
Defendants must provide IP/MAC addresses for all devices used in support of election including any device networked to these devices.
Cell phone call logs must be provided by defendant
17 discovery requests still pending
QVF data requested must be provided
Judge allowed plaintiffs to review Dominion manuals but they are prohibited from releasing the manuals to the public...because, among other things, they talk about connecting equipment to the internet
Bad News:
Despite a very reasonable argument related to the need for this information as a control group to contrast the findings in Antrim, the judge ruled that plaintiffs are unable to subpoena data from any county except for Antrim.
Depositions (e.g. SoS Benson, Clerk Guy) must be conducted via Zoom rather than in person. This opens the door to witness coaching analogous to Joe Biden TV interviews.
40+ discovery requests will be limited to only 20. 3 have been provided thus far, 17 will still be granted
Next steps?
May 22 is the deadline for depositions provided by Judge subject to agreed upon alternative between both parties
It’s a mixed bag of good news, bad news concerning what the judge will and won’t allow. There’s plenty of damning evidence. Not that that has mattered much so far. It still comes down to the integrity of the court IMO.
