Bad News:
Despite a very reasonable argument related to the need for this information as a control group to contrast the findings in Antrim, the judge ruled that plaintiffs are unable to subpoena data from any county except for Antrim.

More Bad News:
Depositions (e.g. SoS Benson, Clerk Guy) must be conducted via Zoom rather than in person. This opens the door to witness coaching analogous to Joe Biden TV interviews.
Dominion manuals will not be provided to plaintiffs

Good News:
All data provided to J Alex Halderman by defendants must be presented to plaintiffs. It was evident to technical experts from his written testimony that he had access to more data than what was provided to the plaintiffs (e.g. copies of poll tapes).
