He did specifically state, allergic reaction. Epipen is the indicated therapy for anaphylaxis. Not always 100% effective.

There are of course other reactions which he does not mention. Immunology is not Elon's area of expertise. In fact, I would expect someone with a physics and engineering background to know next to nothing of it.
