I know a lot of information is available online to look at but I prefer some information from people instead of news that could be biased in favor or against something.
What are the state of things for everyone around America and the world? I'm sure people from other countries use this website.
Here in FL, life has never really changed aside from seeing people wearing masks. I go to stores without a mask, no one cares. I go out to eat without a mask and 95% of people are also not wearing masks. It does make me feel bad for the employees that are told to wear a mask or find another job.
I know Amazon is not popular to some because of Parler but Parler was never anything for us anyways. I happen to like Amazon prime movies, Amazon unlimited music, and the prime delivery. I also have Walmart deliver big packs of TP so I don't have to deal with it in a store, to a car, etc. Maybe it's a bit of laziness but I am getting older, not younger lol.
I bring up those because if I am home when something is delivered, they hand it right to me, usually without a mask, no 6ft bs, as if life has never changed. If I order a pizza, the delivery driver is the same way. I go into stores without a mask, all is normal. Many places have employees either without a mask on or with it pulled down under their chin.
I know that I don't know truly how bad it is for people living in more liberal areas so I assume there might be others that would not know truly how bad things have gotten. I was wanting to see what other people are having to go through.
When this mess is over with, and it will be one day, many of us will likely be helping each other kind of rebuild the world in a way. Not literally but I can imagine a lot is going to change.
I've recently spent time in both California and New Mexico although I'm now safely in a red area so I'll give it to you straight how it is in hardcore blue areas.
Everyone in a store is wearing a mask, no exceptions.. If you don't wear one while walking in you will likely be harassed by an employee and probably asked to leave. I would get away with pulling mine down while shopping. People actively avoid getting too physically close to people in public, there is no spontaneous conversation or interaction with strangers. Outdoors you will likely see at least half the people wearing masks at all times, in some areas basically everyone is wearing them outdoors. Also you will see a large amount of people wearing them while driving by themselves in their cars. Also seeing people wearing face shields is fairly common.
In California many businesses have been forcibly shut down off and on throughout the year. Everywhere you go there is plexiglass up to "protect" the workers, for example in gas stations. Everywhere you go there is constant propaganda about the virus, on billboards, signs at restaurants, on the radio, announcements at stores, etc.
The state of urban areas is in heavy decay, homeless are everywhere in California, even in suburban areas where it was basically unheard of a few years ago. It feels a lot like living in a third world country.
I see people wearing a mask in their car by themselves even here in FL. These people, I just don't know lol. How can people be that stupid or that afraid of something that has a very tiny chance of even hurting them?
My 1st 12 years of life was spent in GA then the past 30 years in FL so I never had to experience any extreme liberal things but I have read about and seen plenty video of.
Here in FL, life truly hasn't changed. I think they did a 2 week thing, my memory is not as good as it used to be but I remember as soon as that was over we went to eat at a restaurant and things were same as always side from the waitress having to wear a mask.
I do feel for those good Americans having to endure the liberal nazi type people.
