It's cloudy. Perhaps it rained. I've seen it rain like a son-of-a-gun in DC, real gully-washers.

Maybe this "citizen journalist" can look into all the yellow powder all over my car.

I don't live in DC. It has rained where I live, but the pollen isn't done yet, so the car is yellow again. Hopefully, it will rain again tonight, so I don't have to wash the car.
