Apparently he didn't comply with police officers, was stopped for some minor thing on his car that needed repaired. Was asked to get out and refused to.
He drove for miles without pulling over.. pulled over in had station that was well lit... that pet ok... but then refused to comply... he had fully tinted out vehicle with no rear plate ....was asked several times to show hands and get out.. pulled military card... the officer was a veteran...
Did that minor thing on his car require him to be asked to exit his vehicle? Was he asked to get out of his vehicle or told to get out of his vehicle (honest question, I haven't watched any video)?
When is it okay to refuse a request (vs an order) from a cop?
Greg Kelly on Newsmax played the video tonight and last night. The 2nd Lt was an arrogant, smug prick. Would not comply with any police orders. Told to put hands out the window - did not comply. Told to exit vehicle, would not comply. Smirking the entire time the police were trying to get him to obey orders. Had a weapon on the floor or seat. I felt like he was looking for a confrontation. Worst part - the Sgt Maj of the army defended the asshole and said he was proud of him. He should be court martialed for bringing shame to the army. A case of I’m a military black man and don’t have to follow any orders from you white pigs.
BTW - there was just a cop that was gunned down during a traffic stop in I think Alabama. Cops have a right to be jittery.
He deserved it... in my opinion ..
All cops are not bad just like all military are not hero’s
Officer Tatum on YouTube did a good video on it
Yea he did an amazing breakdown of the stop.

Yeah, you should be judged by the same standards as everyone else. No special cards to pull.

Update from 8kun last night... LT Nazario is still suing, the cop (Gutierrez) got fired Sunday. Full apology issued by the Windsor police.
Funny thing is they have a force of 7 cops, but conduct 200 traffic stops a month in a town of 2700. Smells like a revenue generation stream...
"(sound of plastic shattering) Boy, you know why I pulled you over? You got a broken tail light."
The oath is to protect and serve, not harass and douche.
