Saw there was a post about it but I got no idea why they sprayed him. I always trust military over Police so I wanna see full story.

He drove for miles without pulling over.. pulled over in had station that was well lit... that pet ok... but then refused to comply... he had fully tinted out vehicle with no rear plate ....was asked several times to show hands and get out.. pulled military card... the officer was a veteran...
