$200 million out, $400 million back in through dirty Dem's 'Infrastucture Bill'! This is how the tax payers' money gets laundered through Congress. Add to that Footlocker's insurance pay-off and they're up to $600 million! Not a bad investment for a few days of BLM-ANTIFA looting and rioting! And everyone gets 'kick-backs'!!
