I'm all for conspiracy theories, but that's legit full out psychosis.

Selena is a cocksucking scum bag, but come on...

Kenneka was a hoodrat who smoked and drank, her kidneys would have been far from optimal, she was black so more than likely a different blood type and she was in one piece. I don't know if you've ever seen kidney surgery performed, but they don't spirit the kidney out of the body - they cut it out.
