China virus survivor here. Got sick last week, tested positive, took the HCQ, Z pack, and zinc from frontline doctors and was better in two days. Still have some residual fatigue and congestion, but it's maddening how many lives this could have saved!

TL;DR: HCQ works.

I’m sure it helps but my wife had it and didn’t take shit and never had symptoms more severe than a common cold. Also, I took no precautions while around her and never caught it. Everyone’s situation is different. You probably would have been fine if you treated it the same as you would have if you thought it was a common cold.
