China virus survivor here. Got sick last week, tested positive, took the HCQ, Z pack, and zinc from frontline doctors and was better in two days. Still have some residual fatigue and congestion, but it's maddening how many lives this could have saved!

TL;DR: HCQ works.

Fill out the form, tell them you want CV prevention. A Dr. from your state will call or video chat with you to confirm you want HCQ. They will prescribe you HCQ & Zinc. The consultation fee is $60 and you have to go through their pharmacy - for me the meds were $70 ($60 for 30 HCQ pills & $10 for the zinc). The zinc is no different than what you can get on amazon or at your drug store - and I believe you can turn it down from this pharmacy since you can get it cheaper elsewhere. The protocol for CV prevention is 1 HCQ for 5 days and then 1 per week thereafter, along with 1 zinc daily.

When I signed up last year, this came with 1 refill. So another $70 for another bottle of HCQ and another bottle of Zinc.

I received an email a month or so ago saying I could get another consult & refills - I did this, it was only $50 this time for the consult and I opted out of the Dr. phone call - they just took my online form submission and re-prescribed the medicine. The meds were still $70, but this time it says I get 4 refills this year - so i am not sure if that is because I am a repeat customer or if they have changed their protocol. But I will be getting all these refills to have on hand just in case.

This is for the prophylactic (preventative) treatment, I am sure if you contacted them with the symptoms they would prescribe the z-pack and probably a different protocol of the meds.
