i dont disagree with you brother, and its not sexist to say as much. there is plenty of evidence and case studies that clearly shows, a female officer (or soldier) increases the likelihood of her male coworkers getting killed or injured.
Male officer did the same thing in Oklahoma a few years back. I'm not denying the female aspect in these situations by any means. Im in full agreement there but I'm just pointing out that assuming someone's going to do well under pressure souly because they have a penis is retarded. Some do, some don't. I've watched plenty of videos of male officers losing their composure and panicking. In the end we need better funded and trained cops with far better testing for exactly these kinds of situations prior to them being let lose on the streets.
We need a higher barrier to entry then simply having a nutsack though.
