Honestly, you may have some time in your scenario. The dems, DS, Biden Admin will keep the stock market artificially propped up. It will all come crashing down AFTER a Democratic administration or unless something really extreme happens. I’d start moving some cash from the market over to assets. But talk to your accountant on how to do that in a way to not pay any capital gains taxes
