Mark Zuckerberg (farcebook) is the one who popularized the term "fakenews" during an announcement he gave when he ordered farcebook to make an unprecedented move towards censorship by "adjusting algorithms to combat fakenews." The censorship was in response to the 2016 email leaks (Podesta; DNC) that were going viral on the site, and revelations of "spirit cooking" entering the mainstream in social media. They really don't like the public talking about spirit cooking.
