I have seen this video a few times. My observations:

1. While the overall theory (LOW section numbers, etc) seems to make tons of sense, I think there is a bit of a stretch on his "super proofs" ie saying post 1800 directly relates to section 18.0 and so on. It just doesn't jive as much as he thinks it does. My opinion.
2. This guy also does "proofs" and "decodes" of other Q-like internet randos (just anons who write in the style of Q) Take it for what you will.
