I’ve seen other videos like this.... foreign-looking accounts reposting videos (sometimes Picture in Picture) of banned YouTubers. I hadn’t thought of it as stealing, as much as I thought it a clever way to get around YouTube blocks. I guess it could go either way.

yeah that's why I thought IPOT might have done it himself. Yep, it is rough getting around youtube.
