I suppose just adding my own anecdotal evidence to the list, but working at a walgreens, I've had an unusual amount of women coming in, buying pads because they just had a miscarriage, or men coming in talking about their wife having a miscarriage, and needing supplies.

Ive had 3 just this week.

I heard of miscarriages as soon as the vaccinations started happening, but you know everything is kept quiet.
