Well, I don't share my PRIVATE medical records with anyone but my doctors and hospitals. It's 100% illegal for a business to ask for medical records to enter there establishment. HIPAA is very clear on that. Places like Walmart,Target,or a restaurant are NOT covered entities under HIPAA privacy law and can not ask you for proof or even question you with regards to your private medical records.
