I work with a formerly healthy, 39 YO male who collapsed after taking the J&J vaccine and was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. He has multiple blood clots and is now in a coma. If he passes away, two teenage children will be without a father.

yes hope is ok but even if he pulls through, with blood clots and coma he could have had strokes which could permanently disable him.
