"We aren't forcing you to put this experimental pollution reducing oil in your car, that would be a liability issue. But you aren't allowed on public roads without it, don't be a Caren. You need to use it to protect the older cars on the road, one old car being lost is inexcusable and I think anyone who doesn't have this oil in their car should be liable for any old car breaking down.
