Correct me if I am wrong: the manufacturer is 100% immune to lawsuits BUT are the business/person administrating the JAB is NOT immune from liability. I’ve heard there is an atty in NM suing the Jab Givers since they are not immune from liability protections. IF the Jabbers are not immune there needs to 1000’s of class action suits.
