Ok. So as far as I can tell, SantaSurfing is not the original of either the photo or the decode. The first incident of the photo was on April 17th @ 11:17:59am by Telegram user Qtah (https://t.me/Qtah_17). Everyone else was just forwarding the photo.

The decode appears to source from Telegram user "Wandering Wonderer" on April 18 at 5:07 (pm?) -- This account is hidden by the user.
