Peach99 and 82-8000 are doomsday planes, they are long range nuke monitoring and response planes and EXEC1F, which is the "Executive Family" distinction for a flight meaning it's Biden's and Commala's family.
"doomsday planes" are nothing more than command and control just like when you see nightwatch up. This is normal flight ops.
