Or is it just me? I can't remember the last decent night's sleep I had. Please don't get me wrong, I'm so relieved to be "awake," but my brain never shuts down. I'm trying my best to wait out the plan, but some days are tougher than others.

Melatonin, 1hr before bedtime. Works well for me.
Second this. Take one right before you sleep.
^ This guy gets it - I just took 6mg and if I’m not tired in 30 minutes another 3. I can not have ANY caffeine after noon if I expect to try and fall asleep before midnight. I had a soda about 1:30 pm and was up until almost 2am last night, knowing I need to get up in 4 hours. Now here I am, laying wide awake at almost 11pm, even after being super tired all day from only getting 4 hours last night. I hate DSPS
Taking more melatonin thinking moar is better is contraindicative-I take 3 MG and added to one BP med, I sleep well till after midnight and when I get up to go pee, sometimes hard to get back to sleep-I have gotten a handfull of full night sleeps and I actually feel rested.. :O weird, right??
MidNite is the brand that worked the best for me, as well as Magnesium supplements and 5 Hidroxytriptophan
Yes a good sleep herbal tea works well too.
Yup. A little melatonin and a big glass of vodka to wash it down. I sleep like a rock.
Too bad melatonin makes me feel pretty crappy the next morning.
