Or is it just me? I can't remember the last decent night's sleep I had. Please don't get me wrong, I'm so relieved to be "awake," but my brain never shuts down. I'm trying my best to wait out the plan, but some days are tougher than others.

Try a probiotic and/or magnesium before bed. No coffee, choc, tea after midday. Personal favourite at the moment is milk thistle (silybum marianum). Teaspoon in juice.
