We don't know if she asked God for forgiveness with her last thoughts. God will forgive anyone who is truly sorry and asks forgiveness.

You are a good person and perhaps your assumption is correct, but if she had any "concept" of an all forgiving God, I doubt seriously if she would have been involved with what she was doing i.e. pushing abortions and partaking in one herself...

Sadly too many have turned from God. Maybe some good that can come from this is that some will decide against an abortion for themselves.
