tried to get a friend to check it out and he has verizon fios in new york state and cant get the page to load in any browser.. can't get lindelltv.com to load either.. anyone else have similar issues?

Been trying since yesterday when they said anyone who registered early via phone number could sign in.....just keeps saying "page not found" after I input all info! I have Verizon, really having to work at creating an account! Frustrating!!!!
They sent me the confirmation links - which are promptly blocked by cloudflare, if I wait until tomorrow or later, the links will have expired and I will not be able to create an account using my original credentials.
Can someone tell me why these social media apps want our phone number; why do they need that to let us sign up. That is my only hesitation.
