EXACTLY what I was saying prior to the conviction... there will be riots regardless...

An example... Imagine a drunk who has a tendency to get violent when drunk.

If, this time, he’s happy while drunk, he’ll probably push people around and laugh about it

If he’s angry, all hell would break loose..

There is no scenario where there would be no violence while that person is drunk
